Oxford Judo is pleased to announce that this years Judo cuppers was won by Balliol. Both in the mens and women’s categories.
Men’s runners up was (closely) Jesus and the Women’s runners up were Oriel.

Oxford Judo achieves an “almost perfect” medal record at BJC nationals
Due to several injuries, Oxford Judo was able to send only two players to the British Judo Council Senior National Championships, but both of them came back with a medal. Bradley Joyce impressed with a flawless performance to secure gold in the O100kg Dan grade category. Vitek Sipal fought extremely well and secured a bronze in the very competitive U81kg Dan grade category.

Another year, another display of domination and strength from Oxford Judo. Cambridge were hoping that the home advantage would help them to turn around the crushing defeats they experienced at the hands of Oxford judoka one year ago. But their hopes were dashed as Oxford Judo put their months of preparation, training and competition practice into action.
